Job Description
We are fast-growing marketing and promotions company specializing in face-to-face sales for nonprofit organizations . We’re looking for driven, people-focused individuals to join our team as Sales Representatives .
This is an entry-level, commission-based role with full training provided. If you’re competitive, coachable, and motivated by performance-based income and growth, this could be a strong fit.
What You’ll Do
Represent nonprofit organizations through face-to-face outreach
Engage with the public in a professional, confident, and positive manner
Communicate key messages clearly and ethically
Work alongside a team in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
Participate in daily training and development sessions
Track performance and continuously improve communication skills
Daily Schedule
Office training and meetings: 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM
Field work: 11:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Travel to field locations ranges from 5 minutes to 1 hour
$10 travel bonus for longer-distance assignments
Compensation
Commission-based pay (no cap on earnings)
Performance bonuses and incentives available
